The location here was fantastic, within a short walk to O'Hare Airport and Sugar Factory, and we had a great time in our spacious, spotless room with super comfy beds.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven in the room. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Stunning and ideal location to the convention center we were attending in a pretty nice area. Easy check-in, parking on site.

Restaurant staff was very friendly, but food was so-so. The toilet tank in the room kept running.

The staff here is highly professional and ensures you won't miss their airport shuttle, with well-equipped, newly renovated rooms featuring large bathrooms.

Asked for maintenance on a television. It took an hour.

The staff here were super professional, always on point. They even helped us arrange a shuttle to the airport, which was a big relief for us. The room had a cozy living room area with a nice couch, and we really enjoyed that touch 😊.

The convenient location to venue

Staryed 4 nights with no working vending machines and a TV in the bedroom that only worked on some channels. Mediocre food quality for breakfast. Gift shop/pantry not open after 8pm. We could not obtain a soda or bottled water without leaving the hotel. For over $200 per night with parking, I was highly disappointed.

The stay here was excellent for 5 nights in September. Its location was central, right by Rosemont Theatre. The breakfast was wonderful and hot!

Breakfast and happy hour was nice, especially the omelets.

The first room was not equipped with a refrigerator as I was told it would be. It was not cleaned well and had dirt and hair on the floor. I requested another room. The second room was much better. However, our daughter became ill in the middle of the night (around 12 midnight) and missed the toilet as she threw up. We called housekeeping to see if someone could service our room and they said not until six in the morning. We called repeatedly after 6 in the morning for service and no one came until well after 9 in the morning. We could not use our bathroom at all. Our only alternative was to use the public washroom near the conference rooms on the ground floor. Our overnight stay turned into a nightmare.

The room was nice, clean and updated. The breakfast was delicious and enjoyable. The check-in was quick. There was a shuttle available to the airport.

I enjoy the comfort of the Embassy Suite/Hilton Brand. The open atrium rooms. The family friendly dining area.

I've stayed at three Embassy Suites this year,this was my second time staying at this particular Embassy suite. The staff great, accommodations, sub par. Didn't have heat, move too another room, No heat!!

The room is spacious and recently renovated, featuring a cozy living area with a couch, and they provide excellent bread and fresh fruit.

The location was good. The breakfast was yummy. The room was large and nice.

Price to park and price in the restaurant (drinks 12) were comparable to Chicago- but we're in Rosemont! If I had know, I would have just gone to Chicago. Also, there was a fire alarm at 4:30 in the morning, which can't be helped. The concerning part was that while we heard the alarm, many people slept through it.
